*Provide counseling on employment and business law issues to functional groups including business unit management, People & Culture, Manufacturing, Facilities, Procurement, Construction, Security, IT, and Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE). Develop an in-depth working knowledge of the business unit’s business models, priorities and risks and apply this knowledge in delivering legal advice. *Provide counseling to People & Culture (HR) on a variety of employment-related matters, including disability accommodations, leaves of absence, employment discrimination and harassment claims and charges, discipline and termination matters, reductions-in-force, wage and hour compliance, restrictive covenants, COVID-19 policy and risk mitigation, personnel policies and procedures.
